Acceptance of terms

By using teslaroadsterai.org ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

The service turns one photo of a vehicle or object into a short AI-generated video of a fictional ramp-flip stunt. It is independent and is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla, SpaceX or any vehicle maker. Every output is AI-generated fiction.

Your uploads

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to use.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It lists the content you may not upload or generate (sexual, violent, hateful, child-unsafe, deepfake or impersonating, and copyright- or trademark-infringing) and how to report a video that breaks it.
• Upload photos of people only in the templates that put a person at the wheel, and only of yourself or an adult who agreed. Do not upload private number plates you do not own. Uploads are screened automatically and may be refused.
• You keep your rights in your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create your videos.

Using the videos

• Label the videos as AI-generated when you share them, and follow the rules of the platform you post on.
• Do not present a video as real footage, as an official Tesla or SpaceX video, or as an endorsement by any brand.
• Do not use the videos to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone. You are responsible for how you use them, including any third-party trademarks they show.

Credits and payment

• Generations are paid with credits. The credit cost is shown before each generation.
• Credit packs are one-time payments with no subscription. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days; free sign-up credits expire earlier and can only be used with the models stated on the pricing page.
• Credits for a generation that fails are returned automatically. For a problem with a purchase, see the Refund Policy.

Availability

AI models are provided by third parties and results vary. We may change models, prices for future generations or features, and may suspend the service for maintenance.

Termination

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or abuse free credits. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
