What we collect

• Account data: email address, name and sign-in provider details.
• Uploads: the photo you upload for a video.
• Generated videos: the videos created for your account and their settings.
• Payments: order records from the payment provider. Card details go only to the provider; we never see or store them.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate country, used to run and protect the service.

How we use it

• To create, store and deliver your videos.
• To screen uploads for prohibited content before generation.
• To charge credits, prevent abuse of free credits and provide support.

Who processes it

Your photo and the generation settings are sent to the AI model providers that produce the video (through APIMart) and to a content-moderation service. Files are stored with our cloud storage provider. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Uploads and videos are kept so you can download them from your account. You can ask us to delete your account and its files by contacting support at support@teslaroadsterai.org.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the link in any email.
